Which QuickBooks files are synced to the cloud?
Qbox syncs both the QBW and the TLG files, as recommended by Intuit. The various other files and folders created by QuickBooks are not synced and remain in the user's local storage. Qbox will not sync the QBB (backup), QBA (accountants copy), or QBM (portable) files that can be created in QuickBooks. These are not required for real-time collaboration using Qbox and need to be saved in folders outside of Qbox.

What is the TLG File?
The TLG or Transaction Log File is used by QuickBooks for error recovery. The TLG file increases in size every time you enter transactions. When you do a backup in single-user mode, with verification set to on, QuickBooks uses the information in the TLG file for any error recovery and minimizes the size of the TLG file.
