How do I close my Qbox account?

Before you close your account, make sure you have a backup of your files or have copies in a folder outside Qbox. Files in your Qbox folder will get deleted on your computer, as well as on each shared user’s computer when your account is closed.

Files in your Qbox folder will get deleted on each shared user’s computer when your account is closed. This may contain files like Attachments, Tax Form History, and other documents that have not synced to Qbox. These files may not be recoverable when the shared folder(s) is deleted.


To close your account, log into your account at the Qbox website (www.qboxplus.com), go to your initials at the top-right, click 'Profile', and select ‘Close Account’. Follow the instructions provided. The Qbox support team will close the account within 48 hours after receiving your request.​

Alternatively, you may send an email to closeaccount@coraltreetech.com from the email address your Qbox account is registered with. The Qbox support team will close the account within 48 hours after receiving your request.
