Can I link my email account to Basil?

Yes, currently Google Gmail and Microsoft-based email accounts (such as Outlook and Hotmail) can be linked through the 'Email' tab within Basil. Once linked, you can read, send, reply to, and manage your emails directly within Basil. You can also utilize Email Templates to have emails sent to contacts from your Basil CRM.
