Are the subfolders in a Sync folder billed?
When you create a subfolder in a Sync folder, it is automatically shared with the users sharing the parent folder. The subfolder is billed only if shared with additional users invited directly to the subfolder.
When is a Custom Sync folder billed?
A Custom Sync folder is billed only when sync is enabled. Sync can be enabled for 1, 2, or 3 months, and the amount due will be included in the next bill.
I deleted my Sync folder. Why is this included in my bill?
Please note that Sync folders, Attach folders, and Custom Sync folders for which sync is active on the billing date, are included in the bill. If you deleted the folder after the billing date, it will be excluded only from the next bill.
When is the Qbox payment due?
You will be billed on the billing date for the number of Sync folders and Attach folders you own. The billing date is the same day of the month your account was set up. You will receive an email notification when your bill has become due, and the payment is due within 10 days from the billing date. Payments need to be made at the Qbox website (www.coraltreetech.com/qbox) using a credit card.
Which credit cards are supported?
You can make a payment using Visa, Discover, Mastercard, or American Express credit cards.
Does Qbox store my credit card information?
Your credit card information is not stored in the Qbox database. Qbox uses Braintree (a PayPal service) for processing payments and your credit card information is stored only on their payment gateway.
Can I call CoralTree support to make a payment?
CoralTree support staff are not authorized to take credit card information over the phone. Please make your payment while logged in to the Qbox website (www.coraltreetech.com/qbox).
How do I change the billing cycle for Sync or Attach folders?
Log into your account at the Qbox website (www.coraltreetech.com/qbox) and click your initials at the top-right, then select 'Billing & Payments'. Click the billing period in green text for the current or next bill to view the list of folders being billed. Click the ‘Billing Cycle’ in green text for the folder to toggle between yearly and monthly billing. The billing amount will change when the cycle is changed.
Can Qbox send billing notifications to someone else?
You can configure your Qbox to send billing notifications to someone else, in addition to yourself. They do not need to have a Qbox account. To configure, log into your account at the Qbox website (www.coraltreetech.com/qbox), click on ‘Admin’ to go to the Admin page, and select the ‘Billing & Payments’ tab. In the alternate email section, enter one or two email addresses that will receive billing notifications.
How do I pay for Qbox?
Qbox account owners and team members with admin permission can pay for Qbox using a credit card. Log into your account at the Qbox website (www.coraltreetech.com/qbox), click your initials at the top-right, then select 'Billing & Payments' and click ‘Pay Bill’ to make a payment with your credit card. You may also setup automatic payments by selecting the autopay section and entering your credit card information.
How do I set up automatic payments?
Qbox account owners and team members with admin permission can set up automatic payments. Log into your account at the Qbox website (www.coraltreetech.com/qbox), click your initials at the top-right, then select 'Billing & Payments'. Click on the autopay section and provide your credit card details. Click 'Store Details' and wait for Qbox to validate the credit card. If validation failed, you will need to enter the credit card details again. Your credit card will be billed when Qbox processes automatic payments.
How do I change my credit card information for automatic payments?
Qbox account owners and team members with admin permission can change the credit card used for automatic payments. Log into your account at the Qbox website (www.coraltreetech.com/qbox), click your initials at the top-right, then select 'Billing & Payments'. Click the autopay section and enter your new credit card details. Please wait for Qbox to validate your credit card. If validation fails, you will need to enter your credit card details again. Your credit card will be billed when Qbox processes automatic payments.
How do I toggle my Qbox folders between yearly and monthly billing?
If you’d like to change your billing cycle for a Sync folder, please log in to our Web Dashboard (www.qboxplus.com) as the Folder Owner (or a Team Member with Admin permission), click your initials at the top-right, and select ‘Billing and Payments’. From here, please select the green-highlighted date range under Bill Payment Due or Next Bill. Under the ‘Billing Cycle’ column, your current billing cycle selection should be highlighted in green. Simply click the green text to change it from Monthly to Yearly and vice versa.
