How is the client signature notarized?
Notary Public will contact the Client(s) who need to sign the document and schedule a time to get their Electronic Signature. They will meet with the client to verify their identity which can be done by viewing their Drivers License, or any other identification method. Once the identification is complete, Notary can enable client signature for the document by clicking the 3 dot menu for the document. The Client(s) will get an email for the eSignature. They can now sign the document by signing into their CoraLegal account or by using the link on the email. The Notary can then sign the document and affix their Notary seal.
