How does Notarization work?
CoraLegal Account Owner or one of the Team Members can initiate Electronic Signature of a document, with Notarization enabled. The selected Notary Public needs to verify the identity and state of the Client before enabling them to sign the Document electronically. Once the document is signed, the Notary can affix their signature and seal to the document, and make the required Journal Entry electronically.
