How do I prepare an eSignature Template?
To prepare an eSignature Template, click the three-dot menu for the document and select eSignature. Select Create Template. Enter a name for the template, description, and user roles for people who will need to sign the document. Check the 'Enforce Signature Order’ box if the users need to sign one after another. You can rearrange the order by dragging the emails up or down. Click 'Prepare Document'. The document will be displayed along with multiple eSignature components. To prepare, drag and drop eSignature components like a Signature, Initials, Date, Text Box, or Checkbox into the document. Assign each component to a user role by right-clicking on the component. Click 'Save Template' to save it for future use.
