How do I move files into a different folder in Basil?

To move a file, click the three-dot menu for the file, and select Move. In the pop-up windows, navigate to the target folder, and select the 'Move Here' button displayed at the bottom.

If you are viewing folders in the list view, You can move multiple files at once by using the checkboxes on the left to select each folder and file that you want to move, and clicking the ‘Move’ icon that is displayed at the top-right of the screen.
