Basil: How do I initiate a Group Chat?

This article is intended users under the Basil Advanced plan. Basil Simple users can refer to this article.

You can initiate a group chat with Team Members and Client users on the Chat tab. Click +Add and select New Group Chat. Enter a name for the group, select the users in the group using the dropdown and click Save. The Group will appear on the left panel. You can now select the group and start chatting.
