Basil: How do I initiate a Chat?

This article is intended users under the Basil Advanced plan. Basil Simple users can refer to this article.

You can initiate a chat with a Team Member or a Client User on the Chat tab. Click +Add, and select New Chat. Select a user from the dropdown list and select Add to Chat. Please note that you can only initiate a Chat with users who are sharing the workspaces that you are part of.
