How do I enable multi-factor authentication?
You can protect your Basil account by turning on MFA (multi-factor authentication). You can either use SMS or the Google Authenticator app to authenticate. Once enabled, upon logging into Basil on your web browser, you will use an OTP (one-time password) either sent as an SMS message to your phone or the six-digit code being displayed on the 'Coraltree' row on your Authenticator app.
To enable this, click your icon at the top-right of Basil and click 'Profile' (https://basil.coraltreetech.com/profile). Then click the 'MFA' checkbox and follow the prompts.
