How do I download multiple files in Basil?

If you are viewing folders in the list view, You can download multiple files at once by using the checkboxes on the left to select each file that you want to download, and click the ‘Download’ icon that is displayed at the top-right of the screen. Files will then be downloaded sequentially as separate files.

If you need to download all of your files from Basil at once, you may request to have the Basil Drive feature enabled for your account by contacting CoralTree Support. Please view the 'Basil Drive' help guide for more details.
