Basil: How do I cancel my subscription?

We're sorry to see you want to go! You may send an email to closeaccount@coraltreetech.com from the email address the Account Owner's Basil account is registered with. We will suspend your account and proceed to close it shortly after that.

We value your feedback and would appreciate it if you could share your reasons for leaving in your email, as it helps us continuously improve.

If you need to download all your folders and files in bulk and have a Windows computer, you may ask Support to assist with enabling Basil Drive for you.
