CoraCloud: Inviting Team Members to a Client or Firm Entity

CoraCloud_Logo_For_Articles

Please note: Team Members with Admin permission do not need to be invited to a Client’s Entities (Project, Business, or Subsidiary) as they already have full access to all Clients listed by the Account Owner. However, Team Admins will need to be invited to access any of the Account Owner’s Firm Entities.

A Team Member must be added to your account before you can invite them to access a specific Client’s Entities (Project, Business, or Subsidiary) and/or your own Firm’s Entity. Please view the following help guide if you need to add a Team Member to your CoraCloud account: Add Team Members in CoraCloud.

Adding Team Members to a Client’s Project/Business/Subsidiary

  1. Click the ‘Files’ tab at the top of your CoraCloud account and then select the ‘My Clients’ subtab.
  2. Select the Client’s icon/name that owns the Project, Business, or Subsidiary you wish to invite Team Members to.
    1. View the following help guide if you need to add a Client to your account: Add Clients in CoraCloud.
  3. You should now see all of that Client’s Projects, Businesses, or Subsidiaries. Find the Project, Business, or Subsidiary you wish to add users to and click the three-dot menu.
  4. Select the ‘Share’ option.
  5. On this page, you will be able to see all of the users who currently have access to this Project, Business, or Subsidiary.
  6. To add Team Members that are not already invited with Admin permission, select the ‘Team Members’ tab.
  7. You’ll see a list of all Team Members currently assigned to the Project, Business, or Subsidiary. You can invite Team Members by clicking on the ‘+ Add’ button at the top right corner.
  8. A pop-up window showing Team Members that you can invite to the Project, Business, or Subsidiary will appear. Check the box for the user(s) you wish to invite and click the ‘Add’ button.

Note: If the Team Member you need to invite is not listed here, you will need to invite them to your CoraCloud account by following the steps outlined in this help guide: Add Team Members in CoraCloud.
