Can the Notary view the documents that are Notarized?
No, the Notary Public can view the document only until the Signatures are completed and Notarization is done. The document can be viewed only by the Attorney and their Client after Notarization is completed. The Notary can view the documents they notarized and related details on the Notary Journal.
