Basil: Can I create new task types?

Yes, you can create new task types under Settings > Task Settings > 'Manage Task Status and Types', and then select '+ Add New Task Type'. In the form, enter the name of the Task, select the fields needed for the Task type, mark them mandatory if needed, and click 'Save'. The new Task type will appear in the drop down list of Tasks when a Task is created.
