Basil: Why am I getting a "KBA Identification failed" error message?

If you get this message when filling out the Name, Address, and other details page, there is likely an issue with the data that is passed to the third party authentication system.

Please ensure the editable fields contain correct information. If you need to change your name and mobile phone number, go to your Basil Profile and edit them from there. The Zip field cannot be edited unless you create a new account.
