What is the Cora Assistant?
Cora Assistant is a bot that can be enabled to follow up with the owners of tasks. Cora can be set to an Easygoing, Regular, Critical, or custom mood.
- In an Easygoing mood, Cora will send an email reminder to the task owners once every 72 hours, until the task is completed.
- In a Regular mood, Cora will send an email reminder to the task owners once every 48 hours, until the task is completed.
- In a Critical mood, Cora will send an email as well as a text reminder once every 24 hours until the task is completed. The task owner needs to have verified their phone number to receive text messages. Carrier SMS charges may apply for text messages.
Custom follow up moods can also be configured in the Account Owners 'Settings' menu.
