Basil gives you the ability to personalize the platform with your company's name, logo, and primary brand color so your clients can trust that emails and notifications from Basil are indeed coming from you.
To activate white labeling for your Basil account, follow the steps below:
- Click your profile icon with your initials at the top right and select ‘Settings’.
- In Settings, you'll want to open/expand the "White Label" category and click the checkbox to enable this for your account.
- Once enabled, you can upload a small .PNG or .JPG image of your logo no bigger than 200x40 pixels.
- You can also select your company's primary branding color. Click on the square with the colored circle to select the color. Adjust the color to one that you would like to use with your company. Once you find the right color, you can click on the square with the colored circle again to confirm the color choice.
- You can also enter your company's name for additional branding.
- Once you have finished customizing, you can click on the ‘Save’ button at the bottom to save your selections and finish your personalizations.
Your custom color will now replace the default purple color of Basil and your own logo will appear instead of the default Basil logo.
