What’s New:
- CoraAssistant: A brand new feature that acts as a personal assistant to accountants. Will automatically follow up with clients and remind them (or if needed, nag them!) to finish the tasks that accountants have set for them in Organizers. Can be configured to have different personalities, including easygoing and firm. This is a pivotal feature for Basil that we expect will have a lot of innovation and improvement in the future.
- CoraSync: Allows customers to install a desktop application (like Qbox but more specialized) that lets them download all of their Basil data into well-organized desktop folders. This prevents lock-in to Basil, which is something that new customers may have doubts about. It also gives customers that might have a "fear of the cloud" an assurance that at any time they can download their cloud data to their desktops as a backup.
- Budgeted hours can now be set by quarter-hour (15min) increments

Updates:
- Bulk Upload
- Introduced a new verification screen in the Bulk Upload workflow. This screen lets users see if there are any errors in their folder/file structure before initiating the upload, allowing them to fix problems without spending time on the upload process.
- The verification screen also shows users what folders/files are already uploaded; these will be skipped.
- Client names will now be replicated exactly from their source folders into Basil. Spaces will be accepted.
- The first letter of folder names can now be either uppercase or lowercase.
- Dashboard
- The “Clients” placard is now clickable and will show a popup that breaks down the number of users invited, not invited, and joined.
- The “Share” button for businesses and subsidiaries has been removed from the three-dot menu and moved to its own icon in the bottom-right of the icon, for better visibility.
- New filters inside the “Share View” to filter by invited, non-invited, and joined users.
- Email notifications are now on by default for client users (admin, regular, consultant)
- A primary user can now be added to an existing corporation. This user can also be edited and deleted.
- Unregistered users will now receive an email confirmation that they have signed a document.
- eSignature blocks now include timestamps in addition to datestamps.
