How is a Project used?
Projects can be created and launched, or saved as a template for repeated use. Projects can have several tasks, each assigned to the same or different staff member or client user. The Task owners are expected to complete the task before the date specified. If Workflow order is enabled, one Task is created when the previous Task is completed. The entire Project is complete when all the individual tasks are completed.
Project templates help you create Tasks that are required for different kinds of processes, and can be userd repeatedly.
