Basil: How does eSignature work?
Account Owners and Team Members can initiate eSignatures for a document in PDF format. Users can electronically sign the document using a drawn or typed signature. Multiple users can sign a document, and the order in which they sign can be enforced. Once the document is signed, an associated audit trail can be viewed or printed to show records of users signing the document. Basil assigns a document number to the signed document for identification. eSignatures are done in a secure environment, and signed documents are stored in the Basil cloud folders for easy access.
