Basil: How do I mark a file as Reviewed?

Users have the ability to mark files as reviewed to ensure files uploaded by clients or other team members have been looked at. Account Owners must contact Basil Support to first enable this feature for their account.
Supported File Types:
DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, PPT, PPTX, and PDF
Adjusting Settings:
The Account Owner should go to Settings to review what customizations can be made.
File Settings:
- Enable Review Status: Allows users to toggle whether a file has been reviewed or not.
- Review Mode: Select 'Automatic only', 'Manual only', or 'Both'.
- Review Threshold: Sets how long a file must be opened until it is automatically marked as reviewed. Values can be between 1 and 360 minutes.
Roles And Permissions:
To configure which Team Member or Consultant roles have access to marking files as read, in the 'Roles and Permissions' setting, select Team Member (or Consultant) Permissions > Category: Files > Client (or My Firm) Files > Manual Review
Marking Files as Reviewed:
In the Files tab, in the List view for a folder, find the 'Reviewed' column. Files display 'Yes' or 'No' depending on their current status.
Files with the compatible types are set between 'Yes' and 'No' depending on what is configured in Settings.
- For Review Mode set to 'Automatic only' or 'Both', if the user opens the file for the amount of minutes set in the Review Threshold setting, the file will be marked as reviewed.
- For Review Mode set to 'Manual only' or 'Both', if the user clicks the three-dot Actions button to the right of the file and selects 'Mark as Reviewed', the file will be marked as reviewed.
