How do I enable KBA for my account?
CoralTree support should be contacted before Basil users have the ability to enable KBA for other users. Once enabled by support, Account Owners can enable KBA (knowledge-based authentication) for their accounts. Click on your user icon and in the menu select 'Settings'. Enable KBA by checking the box provided.
