How do I enable KBA for a signature?
For the document that needs to be signed with KBA (knowledge-based authentication), select eSignature from the 3 dot menu, then select Prepare Document. Enter the Email Addresses of users who need to sign the document, For those users whose identity needs to be verified, check the Enable KBA box. Complete the document preparation following the steps presented. Users who have KBA enabled will need to complete identity questions before they are allowed to view and sign documents. CoralTree support should be contacted before Basil users have the ability to enable KBA for other users.
