How do I create a Task?

If you are an Account Owner or Team Member with Admin permission, click on the Task tab, click the '+ Tasks' button and select Create Tasks. Select the Client and the Client Workspace for which the task needs to be created. You can create one task or multiple tasks in a batch. Select a 'Task Type' from the drop-down list, and select the Team Member or Client User to whom you are assigning it to. You can mark the task billable for work performed by the Account Owner or Team Member. Enter a description for the task and then click 'Add details'. In the form that appears, provide the details corresponding to the task, and click 'Done' to create the Task. You can create additional tasks for the same Client and Workspace by entering them in subsequent rows. Use the 'Copy' icon to add new tasks that are similar, with only minor changes. Use 'Delete' to remove a task not needed. Finally, click 'Save' to save all tasks.

You can also create tasks in FreeForm mode.  To do this make sure the ‘Use Task Template’ option is unchecked. With free-form mode, the only required fields will be the ‘Task’ for naming the task, and the ‘Assigned to’ field.  You can then click on the ‘Save’ icon at the end of the task row to confirm this task and add it to the list."
