Click on the 'Tasks' tab at the top of Basil. Select 'Projects' on the toggle button towards the top-right and click the '+ Projects' button next to it. Enter the Project Name and Description. Enter each task by selecting the 'Task Type', or uncheck the 'Use Task Template' checkbox to add the Task Type manually. Then add the Description of the Task. Click 'Save Details' to save and open up a new task row. Check the Enforce order box to activate tasks in order as a workflow. After adding all the Tasks that are required for the project, click 'Save as Draft' to save and continue later, or click 'Save as Template' to complete the template. Once saved, Project Templates can be accessed from the '+Projects' button and going to the 'Project Templates' tab. You can also add tasks in FreeForm mode. To do this make sure the ‘Use Task Template’ option is unchecked. With free-form mode, the only required fields will be the ‘Task’ for naming the task, and the ‘Assigned to’ field. You can then click on the ‘Save’ icon at the end of the task row to confirm this task and add it to the list.
