Can I use KBA for verifying user identity?
Yes, you can enable KBA (knowledge-based authentication) for a user and make sure that the user's identity is established before they are allowed to view and sign a document. The user will need to answer KBA-related questions correctly for signing the document. CoralTree support should be contacted before Basil users have the ability to enable KBA for other users.
