Basil: What is Basil Preview and how do I change plans?

Basil Preview gives you hands-on access to test Basil’s core features before choosing a paid plan. Preview accounts include access to essentially all platform features, with an initial total account storage limit of 100 MB during the preview.

To get started, refer to the 'Basil Preview User Invite' email that you were sent from a representative at CoralTree, or contact Basil Sales or Support (855-448-7269) for an invitation.

Please refer to documentation for Basil Simple and Basil Advanced for more information on each product's functionality.

To upgrade from a Preview account to a subscription plan, while logged in as the Account Owner, please click your user icon on the top-right of Basil, go to Settings > Tier settings > click 'Move to subscription plan'. Upgrading from a Preview account to a subscription plan cannot be undone; however you will be able to switch between Basil Simple and Basil Advanced once upgraded.
